Osteopathy is a whole body system of manual therapy, using a wide range of techniques to treat musculo-skeletal problems and other functional disorders of the body.

Osteopathy uses hands-on techniques to influence the way the body works.

By manipulating the muscles, tendons, joints, connective tissue and ligaments, treatment may help provide relief to the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, and also the circulatory, respiratory and immune systems of the body.

In this way, it is seen as a form of manual medicine which can influence all systems of the body towards a more efficient and holistic state of health.

In Australia, Osteopaths are statutorily registered practitioners with five years of full-time university training covering anatomy, physiology, pathology and general medical diagnosis along with Osteopathic techniques.

Osteopathic treatments can be eligible for Health Fund Rebates and our clinic has HICAPS facilities
